Dr. Jeanette Kern started her career in Dentistry in 1977 as a Dental Hygienist. As an Expanded Functions Registered Dental Hygienist, she was employed for almost a decade in periodontal practices as well as in pediatric dental offices. In 1989 she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UCLA School of Dentistry and began practicing dentistry while teaching as a clinical associate professor at UCLA. She is a graduate of PAC-LIVE, the nationally recognized University of the Pacific Continuum on Aesthetic Dentistry. Dr. Kern's experience, advanced training and commitment combine artistry and technology to give you a smile that exudes confidence, beauty and well being. For most of our patients, this is a life-changing experience!

Dr. Kern is a Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Crown Council, California Dental Association and the Monterey Bay Dental Society. She is associated with the Monterey Bay Implant Club and is currently the only female member of the Monterey Dental Peer Review Board.
